Body By D Gym & Fitness Center is the premier athletic training center and gym in Hampton Roads, Virginia! BBD is a full service gym and fitness center offering personal training, athletic development, nutritional counseling, competition prep, boxing, self-defense classes, and professional wrestling. In addition, members have access to cardio and strength training equipment from brands such as Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Hoist, Precor, and Icarian and over 6,000 lbs of weight and dumbbells going all the way up to 150 lbs. All bootcamps are free to memberships with bootcamp package.
No membership is required to participate.
Non-member rate for bootcamps is $10 per class.
